我們團(tuán)隊(duì)一直專(zhuān)注以房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)為核心業(yè)務(wù)，我們以美麗的花城廣州為創(chuàng)始地，20多年來(lái)我們憑借豐富的開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，經(jīng)過(guò)細(xì)心策劃并巨額投入，我們以廣州為中心逐步向珠三角各城市（廣州、佛山、中山、肇慶等）邁進(jìn)：廣州東湖洲花園（1、2、3期）、新月明珠花園二期；廣州南沙東湖洲花園、南沙東湖洲豪園；佛山高明東湖洲花園、高明東湖洲豪園；中山鼎威花園、半山御景豪園；肇慶鼎威花園（南、北區(qū)）等等項(xiàng)目；除此我們還儲(chǔ)備了數(shù)十萬(wàn)平方米的建設(shè)用地。

The team of Dolfe Cove Estate was founded in the mid-90's, of the last century, We are a company with "unity and steady development" along with insisting on "green and practical" design philosophies dedicated to pursue a "noble and luxurious" living environment for all of our projects.
Our team has been focused on real estate development as our core business. Our business originated in Guangzhou "The City of Flowers". During the past 20 plus years, with our wealth of experience in development , careful planning and huge investments,Starting in Guangzhou city, we gradually expanded to other cities in the Pearl River Delta (GuangZhou, FoShan, ZhongShan, ZhaoQing) and developed the following projects: Guangzhou Dolfe Cove Estate (phase 1, 2 & 3)、XinYueMingZhu Garden (phase 2)；Guangzhou NanSha Dolfe Cove Garden、Guangzhou NanSha Dolfe Cove Hao Garden ；FoShan GaoMing Dolfe Cove Garden、FoShan GaoMing Dolfe Cove Hao Garden；ZhongShan DayWay Garden、ZhongShan BanShanYuJingHaoGarden ；ZhaoQingDayWay Garden（North South District）etc. In addition, we currently hold hundreds of thousands square meters of land for development.
